The Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS) has officially opened the fellowship program for young actors as part of the InteRussia project.
For the next six weeks, 12 participants from Brazil, China, South Africa, Argentina, Tunisia, Mauritania, India, and Cuba will study in Moscow, exploring the rich heritage of the Russian theatre school at GITIS. Their program includes acting, stage speech, and movement classes with the institute’s leading teachers, as well as a diverse cultural program featuring visits to Moscow’s theatres and museums.
The InteRussia fellowship in theatre arts is organized by NGO Mezhdunarodniki together with the Gorchakov Fund, GITIS, TV BRICS, and Rossotrudnichestvo, with grant support from the Presidential Grants Fund.
