To receive an official invitation to study at the Academy, send a letter by fax to (495) 690 05 97 stating your intended course of study, your speciality, your intended student category (graduate, qualification-advancement student, master post-graduate, post-graduate), a summary of your education up to date, and your passport information (last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, passport number, citizenship).

Upon arriving in Moscow you must present the following documents:

• official transcripts detailing your education to date
• a medical certificate showing results of the HIV/AIDS test
• 12 photographs

At that time you will have a consultation about your course of study.
